MEGHAN MICHAEL

Co-Founder and Partner

Meghan Michael, Navy veteran and a United States Naval Academy graduate, is currently pursuing a doctorate in Organization Development and Change at Bowling Green State University.

 

Meghan served in numerous leadership positions during her tenure on active duty including Mission Commander/Tactical Coordinator in the P3C Orion during Operation Enduring Freedom, Department Head of Personnel, Operations and Training, and Commanding Officer of Navy Operational Support Center, Toledo.  She also taught the Theater Battle Management Core Systems course and newly commissioned officers in the Navy Reserves at Direct Commission Officer School.

 

Today, Meghan continues to lead, mentor and coach. She is an adjunct professor for Lourdes University.  An avid sports enthusiast, she coaches high school rugby and is President and coach of the local youth rugby club.  She is a volunteer Blue and Gold Officer for the United States Naval Academy and serves as Co-chair of the Northwest Ohio Military Affairs Committee.

 

Meghan brings her leadership experience, vast human resources knowledge, and understanding of resilience, coaching, and organization development and change, to organizations desiring positive change.

Jeremy Jameson

C. JEREMYJAMESON

Co-Founder and Partner

Jeremy retired as a Naval Flight Officer in 2018 after a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy. During his military service, he qualified as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor for the Navy and Air Force and logged more than 2,500 hours of flight time in multiple aircraft, most of which were during combat in the skies over Afghanistan and Iraq. Jeremy also served as a tactical leader in two squadrons, taught Leadership and Ethics to graduating seniors at Old Dominion University, directed talent management for the Tactical Support Wing and commanded the Navy Operational Support Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Today, Jeremy works with various companies to improve their competitive advantage by establishing strong leaders and resilient teams. He also supports the learning and development profession by serving as a volunteer leader of the Association for Talent Development Fort Worth/Mid-Cities Chapter, an organization which champions professionals in talent development through outstanding programs and building relationships.

Jeremy also owns Alpha-Logos, a transformational coaching company that helps leaders Begin with Mindset and implement the RBLP techniques in an Emotionally Intelligent way.

MARIA HAMELERS

Adjunct Instructor

Maria Hamelers is a native of Bolivia, South America. She spent 25 years in the United States Army as a Human Resources Professional, specializing in the field of Talent Management. 

When she joined the military service, Maria set out to reach the highest rank an enlisted soldier can attain, that of a Sergeant Major. Upon promotion to Sergeant Major, she was assigned to the First Cavalry Division, the largest organization within the Army. As the only Hispanic female Sergeant Major on staff, she led 50 human resources professionals to achieve their full potential. Thanks to her guidance and leadership, the First Cavalry division consistently exceed all expectations. Maria spearheaded several Diversity and Inclusion initiatives as well as new HR processes that were later adopted by the rest of the Army. Other assignments allowed her to travel around the world and throughout the United States, including a combat deployment to Iraq. 

Today, Maria works with Attitudes & Attire, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help women achieve self-sufficiency leading to increased self-esteem and confidence within themselves. She develops and implements workshops that continuously challenged her client's comfort zone, thus enabling them to find the inner strength to keep moving to find better opportunities in life. Maria also built the Spanish-only program from the ground up, incorporating the cultural differences and allowing Hispanic women to take advantage of the fantastic programs the agency offers. 

Maria's passion for teaching and developing others have led her to become a Certification Instructor at the Resilience Building Leadership Program. She helps leaders create a favorable working climate, build trust, develop resilient teams that help organizations thrive and reach their competitive edge.
