Meghan is a retired Navy veteran and a United States Naval Academy graduate. She is a certified Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer, certified Professional in Human Resources, and a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional.
Jeremy Jameson
Jeremy is a retired Naval Flight Officer. He is a leadership development coach and consultant, Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer, HeartMath Certified Mentor and an EQ-I 2.0 and EQ 360 certified practitioner.

Maria Hamelers
Maria spent 25 years in the United States Army as a Human Resources Professional, specializing in the field of Talent Management where she achieved the rank of Sergeant Major. She is a certified Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer and certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.
